Jaipur is the capital of India’s Rajasthan state. It evokes the royal family that once ruled the region and that, in 1727, founded what is now called the Old City, or “Pink City” for its trademark building color.

Bikaner is a city in the north Indian state of Rajasthan, east of the border with Pakistan. It’s surrounded by the Thar Desert. The city is known for the 16th-century Junagarh Fort, a huge complex of ornate buildings and halls.

Jodhpur is a city in the Thar Desert of the northwest Indian state of Rajasthan. Its 15th-century Mehrangarh Fort is a former palace that’s now a museum, displaying weapons, paintings and elaborate royal palanquins.

Pushkar is a city and headquarters of Pushkar tehsil in the Ajmer district in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It is situated about 10 km northwest of Ajmer and about 150 kilometers southwest of Jaipur. It is a pilgrimage site for Hindus and Sikhs. Pushkar has many temples.

Mount Abu is a fully tourist place and will normally be costlier,but still there is a good market area in Mount Abu from where you can shop a few items. Market area is around Nakki Lake. Ahmedabad can give you a lottt of variety and at your budget(from low to high), so its always better to do shopping there.

Sam Sand Dunes are situated at a distance of approximately 42 km from the city of Jaisalmer. Located in the midst of the Thar Desert, these sand dunes are amongst the most famous ones in Rajasthan.

Sam sand dunes are 45 km to the west of Jaisalmer and this is an area of the Thar Desert where you can see 30 to 60 meter high sand dunes. This area is popularly called as Sam sand dunes, and the sand dunes are the biggest sand dunes to be seen anywhere in Jaisalmer.

Chittorgarh is bigger but less attractive & very crowded. Plus, as a day trip from Udaipur, you can go to Kumbhalgarh & Ranakpur Jain Temple, which is another lovely architecture. Go for Kumbhalgrah if you have less time. There is a nice resort where you can stay too if needed.

Bundi is renowned for its picturesque forts and steep-wells (baolis). Moti Mahal is also one such splendid palace attraction of the town. The beauty and the intricate carvings in the palace will leave you awestruck. One can also enjoy panoramic views of the Aravali hills and Nagal Sagar Lake from here.
