Overview

Shimla, also known as Simla, is the capital city of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The city is up in the mountains at around 2,200 metres (approximately 7,234 feet).  The colonial architecture and churches, the temples, and the natural environment of the city attracts tourists. Major city centre’s attractions include the Shri Hanuman Jakhu (Statue), Jakhu Temple, Viceregal Lodge, Christ Church, Mall Road, The Ridge and Annadale. The city centre’s northern most point is Jakhoo and the southern most location is Annadale, and the easternmost point is Sanjauli and western point is Chotta Shimla. The Kalka–Shimla Railway line built by the British, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also a major tourist attraction.  Kufri is a small hill station in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh state in India. It is located 20 km from the state capital Shimla on the National Highway . It is the starting point of treks to Fagu, Shimla, Manali and Rewalsar. Kufri, along with Chail and Shimla forms the famous Golden Triangle of Himachal Pradesh. Yearly winter sports festival is held here in February, which is a major attraction for the tourists.

Day 1 - Arrival at Delhi airport/railway station – Shimla

Delhi to Shimla (approx 8 hr 30 min (343.0 km)Upon your arrival at the Delhi airport/railway station, our representative will guide you for your road trip to Shimla. It is one of the popular hill stations in Himachal Pradesh known for its serene landscapes. As and when you reach Shimla, you will be helped with the check-in formalities of the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 2 - Shimla

Day 2 is packed with the panoramic views of Shimla and its tourist attractions. After breakfast, leave your hotel room and head to Sankat Mochan temple and Jakhu temple which are devoted to Lord Hanuman. Later visit the Christ Church, State Museum and take a stroll on the Ridge road. As the dawn starts to take over, move back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3 - Shimla local sightseeing

This day brings a lot of fun experiences for the travelers as they cover more tourist places in Shimla. Crignano, Mashobra, the hot springs of Tattapani, and Naldehra Golf Course.return back to Shimla for a night stay at the hotel.

Day 4 - Shimla to Kufri to Chail to Shimla

Begin this day with a delicious breakfast and make your way to a new destination, Kufri. This place is known best for skiing and other activities. After enjoying in Kufri, you will be exploring Chail which is known for its architectural charm. By evening, you will be back in Shimla for night stay.

Day 5 - Shimla to Delhi

Shimla to Delhi (approx 8 hr 28 min (340.7 km)
It's time to bid goodbye to Shimla and cherish your last moments here. Post packing, you will be escorted to the airport/railway station for the journey ahead.
