Today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque 'meadow of gold’ Sonmarg. The fast flowing Sindh River makes it popular for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (by your own payment). Return to the Hotel in Srinagar in the evening and enjoy comfortable. Note: The vehicle will drop and pick you up at Gagangair car stand or Proper Sonmarg as per conditions. To reach the glaciers, you can hire ponies by your ownpayment basis.

Early morning proceed to Gulmarg driving past willow trees, fast flowing streams and lush green meadows. Gulmarg - the meadow of flowers is an apt term for this idyllic flower-laden meadow offering a spectacular view of towering snow-capped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers and gigantic fir and pine trees. After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (The valley of shepherds).Which is about 96 kms from Srinagar, which will be covered in app. 3 hours. You Can visiting the saffron fields of pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Awantivarman), on En-route. Drive throught the pine forests. Arrive at Pahalgam and enjoy Lidder stream. Later walk along pony trails with a magnificent view of the mountains. While reach check inn and after refreshment one can hire ponies at their own cost to visit mini Switzerland, green valley, Kashmir valley, bobby house and much more.
